Happy Mother’s Day!

A woman, when she is in labor, has sorrow because her hour has come; but as soon as she has given birth to the child, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a human being has been born into the world. ~ John 16:21 (New King James Version)

Mother’s Day is one of those holidays that has dual meaning for me. First, as a child and now, as a mother. It’s little weird to be working on a secret project for my mom with my son while he’s simultaneously working on a secret project for me with my mom.

At any rate, today is a day to pray and give thanks for our mothers. Even if you mother was not the greatest, spend a few seconds at least thinking one nice thing about her. After all, regardless of who she was or wasn’t, she did give the world one of it’s most glorious blessings: a child. You.
